It was a lot of fun. i wished i had taken more photos. i made him a cake of New Orleans city with superheros battling it out. it turned out cool. Then i had super hero training for the little guys and they earned a cape and a water gun and received a certificate with their superhero name on it. Then some bad guys came and tried to steal things from the party to ruin the birthday party. My superheros ran after them and saved the day. (i had one of my friends older children come and pretend to be bad guys) and one of them got caught up in a tree. You see this 15 year old boy in a tree with ten little ones shooting him with water guns. too funny! But it was a great party! Here is his birthday cake:

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6g7hIl5AH3o/TgIVSkC6nMI/AAAAAAAAAd0/BLwzSAeIeiA/s320/DSCN1692.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5621078693569535170" />

Happy 5th Birthday Mason!!

He had such a good birthday yesterday and his party is still to come!!! We had a little party with just me, Scott, Mason and Mckenna. He has been wanting a lizard for who knows how long. He asked our nanny, Caroline, to buy one for his birthday and she said we will see. So yesterday Scott bought him one. and he was way excited. We also got him one of those glow in the dark sidewalk chalk. That was way cool. i tried to take a photo of it but the flash kept getting in the way, no matter what setting i had it on. He had a graduation program and sang so well and performed in all the acts and even did a little dance solo. It was too cute and funny. They also did a tribute to the service men and sang "I'm Proud to be an American." That song already makes me cry but then to hear Mason singing it really made me cry. He laughs about it, but is on his way to Kindergarden. He is in year round school, so school starts for him on July 26.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oUjgz6iXDms/TfEC1puXvcI/AAAAAAAAAc4/suO-fXmGKd4/s320/DSCN1667.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616273331064389058" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-de26k3ZWctY/TfEC1MSfhkI/AAAAAAAAAcw/mRuMT7q5wzw/s320/DSCN1666.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616273323162830402" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WRdeJ1L8CKU/TfEC14G1MjI/AAAAAAAAAdA/pgUUJfTF6Ak/s320/DSCN1670.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616273334925079090" />

My kids were born to live on a farm

With their love of chickens, cows, and horses, my kids were born to live on a farm. If Scott had his wish we would be living in Idaho near the Snake River on a huge plantation miles away from everyone. No Malls, no people, just livestock and plants. We went to the Sackett Family Reunion this weekend and they had horses their for the kids to ride. My kids loved it. McKenna went twice! I definately did not go on a ride. Too scarry for me. But they loved it. Its ok they will get another chance this weekend when the county fair gets here!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/TGAkh-hS_iI/AAAAAAAAAcM/4tdSVjmJpC8/s320/DSCN1327.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503438910783684130" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/TGAkhZ-DoxI/AAAAAAAAAcE/I7Jnb4EsZAw/s320/DSCN1324.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503438900972200722" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/TGAkgy1G5hI/AAAAAAAAAb8/nOPrcTMqFdU/s320/DSCN1328.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5503438890465682962" />

Christmas in July

My mom got the kids for Christmas this year a swing set. Maggie had attacked one of Mason's chicken....Susan. We ended up getting him a new chicken. She is a bantam cochin. which in english means "miniature chicken" so no matter what Mason will always have a baby chicken. He is really excited about the new chickens. We bought two. One for Mason and he named his Dena. One for McKenna and she is calling hers Candy. Currently they are laying the tiniest little eggs, so cute. Cochin chickens are known for being pet chickens. So hopefully these little guys last for a while. The other chicken in this photo is one of the surviving rhode island red chicken and her name is Ruby.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/TFwjIv4cfWI/AAAAAAAAAbU/gevTGnRrrko/s320/DSCN1323.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5502311477939043682" />

Mason counting down

Mason cannot wait to go to preschool. Really". It finally happpened! We went to Farm Country this weekend to go and pet the farm animals. As i am pulling in the parking lot Mason says to me " Mom, did you know that cows do cool tricks?" "Oh yeah, like what?" Mason says, "They jump over the moon." i had a hard time not laughing so hard, and trying not to get his hopes up as i break the bubble. "Baby, they don't really jump over the moon, but they can possibly jump a bucket." I am such a mean mom. He has such an imagination that takes him where ever he wants to go. On fourth of july we were doing fire works and he says " Mommy, i saw a flying saucer and it came from outer space." Really? where does he get this stuff! Its so funny sometimes as they get older and more curious. Mason is starting to ask a lot of questions. the other day he asked " Grandpa, what do turkey's eat?' grandpa says turkey food, then mason asked " what kind of turkey food?', grandpa says seeds, and wheat germ and all of these big words, then mason says " Oh he eats all of that, can i have one?" I am in the background shaking my head "NO". Mckenna is talking a lot too. Mason hit her and i told Mason to tell her he is sorry and he says sorry and McKenna says " that's ok, don't do it again". too cute.

Been a while.

so its been a while since my last post. Here are some things going on:

Mason has been playing t ball with his daddy coaching. The little kids has such a short attention span and still learning to play the game, that it is really fun to watch. He loves to hit the ball but is not a fan of fielding. so we will see if he will play next season or just wait till he gets older. He also got his tonsils out towards the end of his season and could not play a few games...i don't think he missed it that much. We are planning on putting him into swimming lessons and see how he likes that.

McKenna is just hanging out. She has had no new problems and her counts seem high beacuse no new bruising. She loves to follow Mason and do the same things as Mason. We may put her into tumbling next year. She loves her "front flips" with her daddy.

Maggie is getting bigger and still chewing on everything. some days i just wished she would just stay out side full time. then there are days where she is just a cuddle pup.

Scott is still working for the same firm and his cases and clientell are growing. He is working more hours but still able to spend time with the family. We are going camping the next two weekends and it should be really fun.

I am still working. We hired a nanny to take care of the kids. The kids love her and it makes it easier to get things done. She does not live with us, but is there while we are at work. I started up a diaper cake business but then decided i did not have the time for all that, so maybe reopen it again once i am done working full time. we will see.

Otherwise, we are great and enjoying life.

McKenna is turning 2!!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/S2xCtWz4jwI/AAAAAAAAAaU/KFtrIBYkR8c/s320/random+150.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5434792197314088706" />
Little McKenna turns two this month. Boy how time flies. She seems to talk more than when Mason was this age, but i hear the second child learns faster anyway. She is so funny and so polite! When you give her something she says "Thank you, mommy. I love it" shrugging her shoulders at the same time. And I love it when she pouts. She stops in the middle of her pouting to make sure you are looking at her and then goes into this big fake cry. I can't help but laugh at her. Last night, she was crying and scott had asked her what was wrong and she said "I can't find Mason" (who was sleeping on the couch). She loves her brother very much. When Scott takes him fishing, McKenna is always worried "Where's Mason?". Here are some things about McKenna you may have not known.

Favorite Interests: Dora the Explorer, Diego, My Little Ponies, Princess
Favorite Toy: Anything that Mason is playing with currently. She also loves the wooden puzzles.
Favorite Song: Mary had a Little Lamb. she used to sing a Dora song all the time and now she sings this song.
Favorite Color: Has not really picked a favorite color yet. But i think she looks great in purple and pinks.
Favorite Food: burritos. but this kid is not picky and will eat anything: fish, brocoli, mash potatoes, ect.

She has many great features and i love my little blonde hair blue eyed baby. Happy Birthday McKenna!

she is Here!

Her name is Maggie. We had a hard time coming up with a name and Mason shouts "Maggie". We had to call our friend Maggie to make sure it was ok that our dog would have the same name. She of course was ok with it. I know i need to take more photos but here is one of her sleeping with Mason. she is such a good puppy. As well as to be expected. Scott already has her fetching and learning hunting words so that she can go duck hunting with him in the summer/fall. Christmas was great. We got a Wii Fit Plus and that is so much fun. If you do not have one i suggest you get one. Very entertaining to watch Scott play some of the games. Mason can even play some of the games if we cheat and push on the board for him. Well that is all i have for now.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SzvPEWOsfvI/AAAAAAAAAaM/GUxeRQ_U2tQ/s320/halloween+photos+003.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5421154250064166642" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SzvPENPi20I/AAAAAAAAAaE/F3NotICsmao/s320/halloween+photos+002.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5421154247651810114" />

Santa is real after all....

Santa decided this year to bring Mason and McKenna a dog for Christmas. Mason has been asking for a turtle, but Santa believes (and knows best) that Mason would love a dog. He has been carrying this little stuffed dog toy everywhere. So it will be interesting to see how they do when they see her. Here is the photo. One of these yellow dogs belong to us. Hopefully she is not a Marley.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SyA9vqF9TpI/AAAAAAAAAZ8/yQ-YIbL3yyo/s320/GetAttachment.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5413394641061760658" />

Happy Halloween!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SvMHvxFzvVI/AAAAAAAAAZ0/q-afvgCYDkk/s320/phone+photos+077.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5400668895360302418" />

Mason finally understood the concept of Halloween this year. He went up and rang the doorbell said trick or treat got his candy and ran to the next door. McKenna followed suit. She even said Trick or treat and thank you. This year we dressed them up as Woody and Jessie. McKenna really wanted to be Woody, but i told her no and let go as Jessie, letting her think she was Woody. I hand made the costumes this year. because my sewing machine was in storage, i had glued the pieces together. During our ward's trunk or treat Mason's vest started to fall apart and i had to safety pin it together. i finally borrowed a friend's sewing machine and stitched up Mason's vest. they had a great time and it was fun!

A fishing we will go.

My kids love to fish. Mason has started learning to reel in his fishing pole. its so fun to watch him be like his Daddy. He says " Mommy, am I going fishing with my daddy". Sometimes its a yes and the rest of the time its too cold. McKenna gets excited too, to be near the water. Scott recently took Mason duck hunting and i almost died. I was really scarred something would happen to him. I am definately not a fan of hunting or having guns around my little ones, but i let Scott take him out. I would always tell Mason that his daddy was shooting targets. so Mason went and loved it. He came home and said " Mommy, my daddy took the gun and bang bang and got the bird duck and then it was in the river."

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/St-jt2TJZ2I/AAAAAAAAAZs/6_lHn9N-meQ/s320/random+086.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5395210886678407010" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/St-jtcbHOQI/AAAAAAAAAZk/mIo6g9kmG2o/s320/random+085.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5395210879732496642" />

My Little Creative Monster

Mason comes running into our room one night saying "Mommy, Mommy, come look at what i made." Easter was fun this year! Mason understood that the Easter bunny was coming to visit him and bring him a surprise. He had fun coloring eggs and writing on them with the white crayon. McKenna suprising wanted to color eggs and draw on them too, so she could be like big brother. We hid the eggs (some out in the open for McKenna and hidden for Mason) and they went and found all 18 eggs. It was a great holiday.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SfNJQZDloVI/AAAAAAAAAY0/hjO2OR5juHE/s320/Easter+014.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5328683330062098770" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SfNJQEGYE5I/AAAAAAAAAYs/c0iuWQQDX7g/s320/Easter+002.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5328683324436648850" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SfNJPwj4bmI/AAAAAAAAAYk/VKrx1JFKUXQ/s320/Easter+019.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5328683319191694946" />

I am such a horrible blogger.

With so much going on all the time, i just can't find the time to blog. I thought well now that all the kids are asleep and it is just me sitting here, why not.
McKenna - is getting bigger. can you believe she is almost one. It seems to me only yesterday she was born and could not do much. Now she is crawling all over the place and getting into things. Her hair is even long enough for me to give her pig tails! She loves Mason. Everytime they get into the car, they both look over to each other's chair to make sure the other is sitting there. too sweet.
Mason - He is still my little stinker butt. He is very smart and loves to read his books and play with his animals and dinosaurs. We took him to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point and he loved it until his daddy told him they were going to eat him. Thanks Dad! He will be 3 this summer.
Scott - his law firm is doing good. Slowly but surely! He is also trying out for the FBI one more time. If he makes it then he will be a special agent, if not after the second time around thats it. no more trying out. and he loses his chance of being a special agent forever. So wish him good luck!
Rebecca - as for me, i am still working full time and enjoying my kids. i don't do much, but i have girls night out every tuesday night and i play volleyball at a singles ward (because we all know i need the exercise) and that is about it. I try to keep in touch with everyone the best that i can, so if i missed you, summer is coming and i have a lot of plans.

Well i hope this has kept some posted of whats been going on. Pictures are to come soon! I promise.

Busy October!!

Well with so much going on, i have not posted anything in a while and thought i should. So we took Mason and McKenna to a corn maze and they loved it. we of course went through the non haunted side (especially for me, i am such a scarredy cat). Mason saw other people jumping into the corn to scare their friends coming, so Scott took him to scare me and of course i pretended to be scared and he was very excited. It was really pitched dark and the only light we had was the full moon that night. Mason was so brave and walked in front by himself!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ01UodL9CI/AAAAAAAAAXw/_mWyydUXceg/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+036.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263922168039470114" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ01UL14pUI/AAAAAAAAAXo/738c4jFl3lA/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+040.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263922160358434114" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ01T2cF0kI/AAAAAAAAAXg/Bc0CZ6yaVVs/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+037.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263922154613101122" />

Later in the month we went to Wheeler Farm to do the traditional pick a pumpkin, go on a tractor pulled wagon ride and see the farm animals. McKenna enjoyed being surrounded by pumpkins. Mason had fun picking his pumpkin, but there were a lot to choose from so i helped him a little.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ02vfRqZtI/AAAAAAAAAYI/46Z4gWTS3VQ/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+075.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263923728943310546" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ02uyILG-I/AAAAAAAAAYA/UDFfH2s4YOk/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+074.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263923716823915490" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ02ule-iSI/AAAAAAAAAX4/QP8mBffnGMs/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+071.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263923713429899554" />

Finally, halloween came. Mason had been watching the Little Einsteins halloween episode to learn how to trick or treat and what to say when you get to the door. They sing "We are here to trick or treat, have a happy halloween". But when we got to the door he just lifted his candy bucket and said treat. It was funny and cute. Mason was a pirate and McKenna was a mermaid. McKenna just watched her brother with no complaints waiting for her turn next year!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SQ03ZRHoKYI/AAAAAAAAAYQ/8DDucCtcdNs/s320/Mason+%26+McKenna+3+082.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5263924446697630082" />

It has been a busy month, but i love those busy months. He was a great father and grandpa. He loved to fish, to do puzzles, watch MASH and other great movies, he loved being with his family and playing games. He was a funny and witty man. His laugh made me laugh even when his jokes didn't. He will be missed! The family is doing as well as can be expected. He is survived by his three children; Scott, Kristy, and Amber and 6 grandchildren; Brayden, Zander, Mason, Tyker, McKenna, and Remmington. The funeral is this friday August 29, 2008 at 11 am in Salt Lake City, UT. Instead of calling us with your regards and sentiments. Please post them instead. So we let him pretend while we are cleaning the car, but still let him know that it is very dangerous when we are not around.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWL5dznioI/AAAAAAAAAQc/b8MYYkvtvNQ/s320/pictures+2008+055.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221233162375891586" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWL6NOAz-I/AAAAAAAAAQk/EIv2X7D6j6A/s320/pictures+2008+060.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221233175103066082" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWL6nrV-lI/AAAAAAAAAQs/X5C6zRDBoU0/s320/pictures+2008+056.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221233182205409874" />

Happy 4th of July

This year we tried something different. We usually go to Sugar House Park and watch the fireworks then wait in the traffic to get home. This year we went to my good friend Merideth's parents house and had a barb b q and did some of our own little fireworks. The kids all had fun. We gave them sparklers and let them run around with them. The kids were so new to the fire sticks that they had in thier hands that they just stood there looking at it. From Merideth's parents house you can see the stadium of fire fireworks, thanksgiving point fireworks, and other small parks fireworks. McKayla and Lexi sat on Scott's shoulders so that they could get a better look. It was a really fun and relaxing 4th. Thank you Briles Family!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWJhaXPQXI/AAAAAAAAAP8/C6mtVtKlHrA/s320/pictures+2008+045.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221230550111437170" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWJhjyJ_aI/AAAAAAAAAQE/gAFuUQAh40Q/s320/pictures+2008+047.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221230552640257442" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWJiWJQMyI/AAAAAAAAAQM/iPIu32TEg7U/s320/pictures+2008+048.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221230566158906146" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SHWJi9bkSRI/AAAAAAAAAQU/H2XUI-VDZ0Q/s320/pictures+2008+050.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5221230576704702738" />

Mom! She loves her daddy. He can make her laugh for a long time. Yesterday he threw her in the air and caught her and it normally freaks me out, but she was just laughing away. Then there are times when daddy loves her cute pouty face and makes a scarry noise just to see it. Just wait daddy she will use that pouty face sure enough later when she wants something!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGm1EORcK9I/AAAAAAAAAPU/Ksh2wn_aJyc/s320/summer+2008+007.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217900727440780242" />

She loves her brother. They are buddies. When i put her down for tummy time, she does not like it one bit, but big brother comes to the rescue and flips her back over. When she cries, Mason says "Nenna crying, Nenna crying" over and over until i go and do something about it. They are so cute together. He already has that big brother protector instinct. Its funny how they interact with each other and its something that you don't teach them, its just something that they learn on thier own.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGm1E9_i3UI/AAAAAAAAAPk/h1V1x4emzZw/s320/McKenna+and+Mason+025.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217900740250623298" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGm4DgpEwCI/AAAAAAAAAPs/0gWr_CMGmN8/s320/summer+2008+037.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217904013726760994" />

Old MacDonald had a farm.

Sometimes i think my son was meant to grow up on a farm. He loves the animals, the fresh air, and of course all the running space he could ever want. My best friend's parents house is in Eagle mountain, Utah with alot of land to roam free. They have ducks and chickens and bees and fish. Mason's favorite part of being out there is the tractor. He loves it so much that it is a big fight to get him off. but it is peacefull and he enjoys it. It also gives me a break and i am all about going places where there is nothing he can get into.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGmwzxCNxrI/AAAAAAAAAO8/ZYJ3kJzFR4Y/s320/summer+2008+024.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217896046667876018" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGmw0dT-fmI/AAAAAAAAAPE/4IWYOTjPBxA/s320/summer+2008+028.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217896058553532002" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SGmw0ulZkTI/AAAAAAAAAPM/p1gFQnG3JKk/s320/summer+2008+032.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217896063190012210" />

Happy 2nd Birthday Mason!!

Mason loves the playground and loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and the Little Einsteins so I decided to make his theme a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party at Mickey park(really veterans park in west jordan). It was fun. I made his cake based on the "Oh Toodles" character. It was hard but I did it all out of love. Then i ordered these mickey mouse ears for all of his little friends to wear at the party. It was cute and everyone had a lot of fun. McKenna enjoyed hanging out and watching her big brother play with all of his friends.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs8FzhZk1I/AAAAAAAAAOM/6YMSzrsE_jw/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+076.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213827064038789970" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs8GE5hCZI/AAAAAAAAAOU/Ls9lSrDXJw4/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+079.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213827068703345042" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs8G7h5RnI/AAAAAAAAAOk/On0AxK61-QY/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+123.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213827083368220274" />
We gave Mason a bike for his birthday and he is still learning to pedal it. So we decided to go there for a family outing last weekend. It was really fun and Mason had a great time. McKenna was not happy. Scott had put a bag of sunflower seeds in the stroller and of course it attracted all the goats to the stroller. I was trying to fend off the little horned animals from my little girl while Scott was dying laughing. They have a lot of fun animals there just roaming around you and it is really cheap to go. Too bad they don't have a pass we can buy and take Mason all summer long. They have donkey's, goats, lamas, pigs, ducks, chickens, sheep, and horses. Mason stuck his finger in the chicken house and they pecked his finger and he looked startled then he laughed and did it again. He really liked the horse ride most of all.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs2Peh0RFI/AAAAAAAAANs/sd9FUx4rscg/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+057.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213820633132319826" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs2PxuJqUI/AAAAAAAAAN0/N_19Aoo5kyA/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+060.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213820638284327234" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs2QCcakpI/AAAAAAAAAN8/k5QIqrOy1eE/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+065.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213820642773340818" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFs2Qhhg6gI/AAAAAAAAAOE/LkUumS0PfB0/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+056.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213820651116227074" />

This is why you don't turn your head for one second!

We were going to give Mason a bath and thought to ourselves "oh he's ok" so we went around the corner to get him a towell and this is what we found when we came back.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SFsyZJ1FnkI/AAAAAAAAANk/25tAzKcOLJU/s320/Mason+and+McKenna+2+005.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5213816401328184898" />

An impatient little man with all his clothes on still (including his shoes) sitting in the bath tub with the water still running. It is made to allow people to feed the ducks without getting near the water. It has a fence that surrounds it and a car pull over section to where you can stand in front of your car and feed the ducks. we took Mason there to feed the ducks. I am glad we did, Mason would have loved to be in the river instead of feeding the ducks. such a daddy's boy when it comes to the outdoors. Mason did a good job learning to tear the bread then throw it to the ducks. The first time I gave him a slice of bread he threw the whole thing and it was funny to watch the duck try to peck at it to swallow it. But once Mason got the hang of it, the whole loaf of bread was gone in minutes. It was a very fun day for all of us. McKenna was asleep in the car.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SBP_hdTaCkI/AAAAAAAAAMA/qcc6JBR5yu0/s320/McKenna+and+Mason+021.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5193775745555106370" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/SBP_iNTaClI/AAAAAAAAAMI/uBTZQPH-CtA/s320/McKenna+and+Mason+017.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5193775758440008274" />

I was tagged!!

I had no idea I was tagged until I read someone elses blog. Right now I just don't have time. So uncomfortable and ready to be done being pregnant. I only have 3 more weeks to go. And some people say i look like i have a few months to go, but believe me it doesn't feel like it. I am still carrying high and she is constantly in my ribs. My ribs have never hurt so bad before with Mason. She is going to be a fiesty one. Still a lot of heart burn so I can imagine a lot of hair! Scott and I still can't agree on a name but if it was Mason's choice it would be Minnie. He loves Mickey and MInnie MOuse and the Little Einsteins. anytime we need to get something done we put on his show and let it run for about 30 minutes to an hour depending on what we are doing. Thank goodness for TIVO!
Mason hasn't quite got the concept that a new baby is coming so I am so scarred on his reactions. He loves other kids and loves to help the other baby in the house but at first he attacked the baby. I call it "love taps". But we will see how it goes. Hopefully he will adjust well and fast. And he is talking so much. I love hearing him trying to say new words. Its not the full word but at least you can kinda understand what he's saying. Then there are those days that he just keeps repeating a word and i am like " honey, i still don't understand what you are saying" and he repeats the word even louder as if i said i can't hear what he is saying. too funny.
Scott's firm is picking up and doing well. I think he is very happy with the decision he made to go out on his own. He even still gets to do the things he likes to do : go fishing, hunting, golfing, church ball, and playing with Mason.

Well I hope everyone and their families are doing well and I will be sure to post pictures of our new family member and post pregnancy pictures soon. We miss everyone!

Mason's First Haircut!

I got tired of going to the stores and having people ask "How old is SHE?" and I would have to always reply "well HE is xx month old". He still is interviewing at different firms trying to get more money of course but for right now.....its all solo!

Mason's First Trick or Treating!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RzE-bHY-QVI/AAAAAAAAAKo/UTVYy3LieE8/s320/Scott%27s+Sworn+In+003.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5129950086112887122" />
At first I thought Mason would be to young to understand...but he did quite well. We only went to the houses of friends and family and a ward trunk or treat. The people would give him a bowl of candy and say ok here have some and Mason with his little two pinching fingers would only take one piece of candy. And most of the time it was a yellow wrapper or a lollipop. At the trunk or treat a dentist was passing out toothbrushes. He loved that one. I loved his costume...OLD NAVY for $16.00 and some change. I got it in September so all the infant clothes and costumes were 25% off. Such a steal! If you can't tell he is a dragon. Well I guess I am going to have to get creative next year, for when I have two kids. There was a family at my work and she had a little girl dressed up a tinkerbell and the older boy was Peter Pan, the dad Captain Hook and the mom was Wendy. There they got to pick a pumpkin out of the pumpkin patch and paint the pumpkin. Then they got to ride a wagon pulled by a tractor through the farming land. They saw cows, pigs, sheep, horses, duck pond, river, and a lot of cool scenery. The ride at times was bumpy but went pretty fast. The mommies (Merilee and I) had to hold onto to our kids pretty tight (while trying not to fall off ourselves). They also had adult crafts and you could have built your own scarecrow. But we decided just to do the kiddie activities. It was a blast and the kids had a great time doing it! You know when the activity was successful is when you get home and your kids take a nap with no fussing!
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL0v5Ll1EI/AAAAAAAAAJM/OlFmEnSFI40/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+001.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121424829914141762" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL0wZLl1FI/AAAAAAAAAJU/VoZlwKTEqVw/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+002.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121424838504076370" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL0w5Ll1GI/AAAAAAAAAJc/tyasf82Fbxg/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+010.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121424847094010978" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL4DpLl1LI/AAAAAAAAAKA/HWPMyR-M9ZI/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+014.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121428467751441586" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL4EpLl1MI/AAAAAAAAAKI/5swnRtwwJg4/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+012.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121428484931310786" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RxL4GJLl1NI/AAAAAAAAAKQ/bCRwQSBICcQ/s320/Pumpkin+patch+at+Wheeler+Farm+007.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5121428510701114578" />

Mason's first time bowling.

We went to visit Amber, Scott's little sister, in Pocatello, Idaho. If anyone of you have ever been there it is a very small place, but Idaho State is there and that is what brings Amber there. She plays softball for the team. What can you do in a little town....well eat, watch tv and go bowling. They did not have kid size bowling balls so we improvised with our balls (by rolling it with him). They had a lot of rides, slides, and games. We let Mason ride on the pony ride. He had a great time. I was scared for him so I made Scott walk beside him because I was to affraid of the little horse. Because I am pregnant I made Scott take Mason down the big yellow slide. He had so much fun. At the fair they have a little farm where the little farmers can do some farming chores. You started out by putting on your apron and getting a bucket of feed for the animals (corn). Then you went and picked an apple off of the fake tree. Then went and got a seed and planted it in a huge sand box and went to the other side to harvest your plant. All the while you are keeping all the things you are collecting in this little bucket. You bailed some hay and rode it around in your tractor (tricycle with a wagon on it). You pick an egg from under a fake chicken in the chicken coop, shear a sheep for some wool and feed the sheep and milk a cow (water squirted out of the utters of a fake cow). You took all the things you collected saying that you did all the stations and turned it in for a healthy treat. It was my favorite part of the fair. (and the only one that did not cost an arm and a leg). It was way too cute and fun! I wish i would have gotten pictures but my camera had died about then. It always happens when you want to take a picture of something good!

Why Husbands don't bathe kids!

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RuS-_WYsqAI/AAAAAAAAAGs/_X0afyeG59k/s320/Mason+11+months+025.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5108417872895191042" />
I asked Scott if he could give Mason a bath, because normally I do the bed time routine. See i am getting better. We are pregnant with baby number 2. sorry no pictures yet and I don't know how to scan the ultrasound to put it on here so you will have to wait for my pregant self pictures. I am currently today 16 weeks and 4 days. Amazing isn't it! I am a little nervous having two but if everyone else can do it, then so can I!! My due date is Feb. 19, 2008. Wouldn't it be crazy if it were Feb. 14 or Feb. 29. The girl names we like are : McKenna (this is our favorite), Brooklyn, Kyla, and there was another one but for some reason my brain just can't think of it. You know how that goes! Well the next time I post I promise it will have some kind of pictures!

Update!! Per everyone's request.

Just a little update on what's going on. Scott took the bar in July and is currently waiting for his test results. They don't tell you until October. Bummer!
We are playing the waiting game until then.

Scott is playing Mr. MOM while I am working. He calls it vacation from his 3 years of studying. We are currently living at his family's house. Saving up money for a house and all the other finer things and necessities in life.

Mason now has 3 teeth and he is 14 months. I know only 3!! But they are still sharp, watch out because he knows what they are used for....to bite your pointy fingers. I have never met a child who loved to brush his teeth more than Mason. He loves it. Every morning I can say " Mason lets brush your teeth" and he will run into the bathroom and wait patiently for me to put toothpaste (baby orajell brand) on his toothbrush and brush his gums and 3 teeth. When i am done he cries because he wants to keep doing it. I have bought him his own play toothbrush and he takes that everywhere. Somtimes i wonder what he will want to be when he grows up, watching his likes and dislikes of things. I guess a dentist wouldn't be that bad.

We miss all of our friends close and far and hope we can meet up with them again.

Until then watch for the next blog!! it may take me a while...it always does.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://asackettstory.blogspot.com/2007/08/update-per-everyones-request.html' title='Update!! Earlier that day Scott had to pack all of our gear and clothes and pick me up at work to head out to go camping with the Marsing Family for Father's Day weekend. Scott had only brought Mason two outfits, and I was in high heel shoes. Needless to say it was an experience. It was my first time as well in a tent with no bathrooms nearby and no showering. It got really cold at night but Mason kept me really warm. He was so cute sleeping in his own sleeping bag and eating smores. He loved playing with the other kids that were there, but also playing in the dirt. Scott's friend had a four wheeler and Scott took Mason on that for his first time and he loved it. He kept saying "oooooo". It was a great Father's Day weekend.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/Rr6DEAwlemI/AAAAAAAAAFU/uCFawqb-bQk/s320/Mason%27s+First+Camping+Trip+2007+017.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5097655933176478306" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/Rr6DEQwlenI/AAAAAAAAAFc/D_joEpqkTOQ/s320/Mason%27s+First+Camping+Trip+2007+013.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5097655937471445618" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/Rr6DFAwleoI/AAAAAAAAAFk/r2x3bCnYW9w/s320/Mason%27s+First+Camping+Trip+2007+012.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5097655950356347522" />

A boating we will go...

So we decided it was about time that Mason had his first boat ride. I mean after all his dad is an avid fisherman. Both men must have a boat to fish. I was a little nervous about the boat ride. How would Mason react? Would there be a small enough life jacket for him? You know the routine....worried mommy syndrome. Well, he did great and loved watching the water hit the boat. We were hesistant at first, thinking what could Mason do at a jungle gym, that maybe they had something for little ones to play with. But to our amazement again, Mason plowed through the gym just fine. Scott went with him and was getting tired, and Mason kept going all by himself. He loved it! He also loved the fact that his friends were doing it too. He was now a big boy doing things with the big kids! That made him real happy. He wants to be big so bad. I am just not ready for him to grow up so fast.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdR3AFxm7I/AAAAAAAAACE/KavnHFTWrtI/s320/JUNGLE+GYM+07+001.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064106311360289714" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdRpAFxm6I/AAAAAAAAAB8/LgW_PpqMy3I/s320/JUNGLE+GYM+07+003.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064106070842121122" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdRXAFxm5I/AAAAAAAAAB0/lXuMgRE862U/s320/JUNGLE+GYM+07+004.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064105761604475794" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdRJwFxm4I/AAAAAAAAABs/CREeVmlPBtk/s320/JUNGLE+GYM+07+012.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064105533971209090" />

A day in the park

Mason loved the day at the park. We went to Lafrenier Park one weekend I did not have to work and flew kites. Of course we lost all the kites in the trees. One kite got away and snagged on a tree, and the tree was flying it because the kite was so high in the air.
Mason was also learning to stand up on his own with out holding on to something. He would only stand if you gave him something to hold on to. As you see in this case it is a Mountain Dew bottle.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdOxwFxm1I/AAAAAAAAABU/W-6F542Nln8/s320/4-06-07+012.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064102922631093074" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdOZwFxm0I/AAAAAAAAABM/9kBjD5-RXl4/s320/4-06-07+008.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064102510314232642" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkdOIwFxmzI/AAAAAAAAABE/1o2tQkcdUDs/s320/4-06-07+005.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064102218256456498" />

At the park they had a playground with swings and slides and a lake. In the morning the Easter bunny came and visited Mason. He left him an Easter basket full of candy, which Mason shared with Mommy and Daddy, and a large ball and two dinosaurs. Later that morning we held an Easter Egg Hunt Barb B Q for our friends in our ward. It was colder than usual, especially for Louisiana. Mason helped hide the eggs. He collected a lot of eggs.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkpbYTAW_HI/AAAAAAAAACc/KqLHLp0ApYo/s320/EASTER+07+006.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064961203908312178" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_sp-eF_1tIAc/RkpbMjAW_GI/AAAAAAAAACU/-uCNMkHDclg/s320/EASTER+07+001.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5064961002044849250" />

Mason wasn't the only one who had fun!
